Wine Storage
Storing the wine at
home is always a great pleasure for wine lovers. there is no comparison to
the feeling of getting an old stored bottle of wine, removing the dust out
of it, looking at its color.
Opening the bottle,
and finding it in great condition would double that feeling of pleasure,
and would fulfill your satisfaction into that storing the bottle was a
successful job.
Taking into
consideration that storing it for long period may spoil the bottle instead
of improving its quality, wine should be stored in special conditions,
such as:
- Cool place, but
not super cooling or freezing
- Unexposed to heat
- Unexposed to
sunlight
- Keep it away of
Shaking or vibration
- Temperature range
between 10-14°C
- Keep bottle in
horizontal position, thus preventing the cork from drying up
- Always ventilate
the storage area
